Changshu xiaqi knitting manufacture Co.,ltd was set up in 1995 in changshu city, jiangsu province. There is about 90km from shanghai city to our factory, and the yanjiang highway is nearby our factory, the traffic is very convenient. The weaving house of our company is covered about 20000 square meters, and the dyeing-printing house is covered about 60000 square meters, and we have two cooperative sewing houses to make the blankets, cushions and bathrobes.
Our company began to produce the knitting products since 1990s, and now we have the good technology in the weaving-dyeing-printing and technical operations to manage the factory. We are also good at the new articles research and the developing in knitting products line. Our factory has a set of advanced machines from yarn preparing, weaving, dyeing&printing and finishing. The weaving hourse has 12 sets computer automatic controlling yarn-preparing machines,4 sets automatic cutting machines, about 90 sets warp knitting machines; and the dyeing& printing house has the advanced combing machines, heat stereotype machines, clipping machines and the printing machines. The production ability is about 10000tons verious fabrics and 1000000 pcs blankets, cushions& bathrobes per year, and the sales value is about 180,000,000 rmb per year. Our company always pays more attention to the products quality, and we have a team of technology people to control the yarns purchasing, weaving, dyeing&printing and finishing. 1). Microfiber coral fleece blankets(twin size, double size, queen size, king size), throw blankets(50"*60";50"*70"), bathrobes, cushion. (solid, print&jacquard). It is super soft and comfortable and warm.
2).100%polyester or 85%polyester&15%nylon microfiber coral fleece fabrics (one side brushed & two side brushed), including different specification (100d/144f; 150d/144f; 100d/192f; 150d/288f; 150d/72*16f), and the weight is from 200gsm to 460gsm, and the width is from 100cm to 248cm. (dyeing, printing or jacquard)
3).100%polyester air-mesh fabrics (sandwich air-mesh fabrics) with different specifications. The width is from 135cm to 210cm, and the weight is from 180gsm to 1200gsm, the thickness is from 2.5mm to 20mm, also there are many different hole-shapes. They are used in the sports shoes and bags materials, also in the furniture, mattress and so on.
4). Plush. Such as peacock velvet, chrysanthemum velvet, aidi velvet, etc.
5). Raschel cotton fabrics (surface fabric:100%cotton; bottom fabrics:90%cotton,10%polyster) and the blanket. (dyeing, printing or jacquard).
